A home created with storage containers using modern elements in a beach city. With the use of light and open space, it will create an environment that is comfortable to live in. Also the use of sustainable materials such as wood would be used in their space. The Thompsons love to entertain and to have family and friends over so they want to take advantage of the beach and utilize that space to cater to their guests.

Institutional Design
The Museum of Contemporary and Modern Art (MOCMA), is a contemporary and modern art museum located in Downtown, Los Angeles. In the Spring of 2014, MOCMA opened a 30,000 sq ft exhibition space housing a few of the most largest sculptures and paintings created by artists all around the world. Designed with a large open space and high ceilings in mind, visitors could freely admire the work and escape into the wonderful world of art. Materials such as glass allows natural lighting into the space, creating a beautiful ambience.

Hospitality Design
The Royal Prince Hotel is a Moulin Rouge inspired hotel located in Tai Pei, Taiwan. The Royal Prince offers a unique one-of-a-kind experience for guests and business travelers alike, including a Burlesque Dinner Show for guests and visitors to enjoy.
